As an individual you can

The main reason for stigma is a lack of understanding, so the more we talk openly and compassionately about mental health the more we will create a safe space for barriers to be broken down. When others open up, they need us to listen to everything they have to say and respond without judgement.

Sign up below to join the movement and pledge to take one small action to tackle stigma in your local community. By joining the movement, you will receive a monthly e-bulletin which will give you news of what is happening in your area and Lanarkshire wide, including our progress on Stigma Free Lanarkshire, and opportunities for you to contribute to.

Stigma Free Lanarkshire is on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as @sflanarkshire. Give us a follow to keep up to date with what we are doing and tag us into anything you are doing so we can shout about it to our partners and share with the rest of Lanarkshire. Use the hashtag #sflanarkshire

As an organisation you can
