Lanarkshire Links is an organisation for mental health service users and carers in Lanarkshire. We support one another to be INVOLVED in the planning, development, monitoring and evaluation of mental health services. If you are a past or present mental health service user or are a carer of someone who has or is using services, you can join Lanarkshire Links.

Information

Through Mental Health Matters our FREE quarterly magazine, local issues groups or at your carers group, support group, our website or by e-mail.

Involvement

Through planning groups and committees, issues groups, reference groups, consultation events and seminars.

Influence

By speaking out, using your experiences, informing service providers, monitoring services, working in partnership with both statutory and voluntary agencies and their satff.

You can help modernise mental health and dementia services in Lanarkshire.

We are here to support and empower you, to communicate your views and identify how existing services can be more responsive to the needs of service users and their carers.

If at this time you do not feel able to be actively involved with the professionals responsible for service provision, tell us about your concerns and we will ensure they are heard within the planning process.
